ALL PHOTOS
MUST BE PROVIDED DIGITALLY. We do not accept slides, prints, transparencies
or chromes. CDs or DVDs with your digital images can be mailed to our office
listed below or e-mailed or uploaded via FTP to the provided addresses. Scans
must be high resolution, 300 dpi fi les and of a large enough fi le size to
be enlarged to at least 8 x 10. Photos must be provided as either TIFF, EPS
or JPG fi le formats.
We do not accept digital photos from web sites.
Please note that there is a marked difference in professionally scanned and
color corrected photos. Most offi ce-based fl at bed scanners will not provide
an image that can be reproduced in the quality necessary to replicate the
chrome or transparency used as the source. Listed below are the names of area
based professional labs and service bureaus that can scan your transparencies,
color correct them and provide them
on disk for your needs.
Once photos are received in our production offi ces, we will pre-fl ight the
fi les to ensure they fi t the necessary requirements and contact you concerning
any questionable
photos.
